LET'S GET TO KNOW EACH OTHER
WHO AM I
I am Ivana Miteva, I was born and raised in Macedonia, where I graduated from the Faculty of Tourism and Business Logistics, and I am a licensed tourist guide. I am enrolled in a master's degree in tourism, which, unfortunately, I have not finished yet due to the corona virus and work commitments. But life is still young, there is time for that too. I lived in Macedonia until I was 26, when I moved to Croatia, i.e. to Zagreb. I have lived here for almost 5 years, and I work at the Westin Hotel as a bartender in the hotel bar.
MY TRAVEL EXPERIENCE
My travel experience is not great and I have not visited a huge number of countries, but I try to travel as much as I can and increase the number of countries visited. But that doesn't mean visiting countries at any cost just to increase the number, instead traveling is getting to know a country, learning a new culture, customs and tradition, by itself visiting a country multiple times if I liked it is not foreign to me . I have visited 12 countries on 2 continents, and so far the biggest impression left on me was my last visited destination, which is Spain. MY NEXT TRAVELS AND PLANS
I have three bucket list destinations that I want to visit as soon as possible.
1. The Maldives, and if I can get over my fear of diving, I want to dive with sharks.
2. Kenya, one of my biggest wishes is a safari in Kenya
3. Peru, since I started getting to know the world in elementary school, my biggest wish is to visit Machu Picchu, the sacred city of the Incas.
